Here, instead of single-vineyard wines, the focus is on excellence in blending the numerous grape varieties that contribute to the renown and typicity of this prestigious appellation. Owned by the Avril family since the 19th century, the estate has been meticulously crafting exceptional wines for over a century. The result is impeccable, and each year at the Rhône wine fair in Paris, the wines stand out for their fine tannins and aromatic precision. The reds are made from a blend of predominantly Grenache and Mourvèdre, complemented by other appellation grape varieties in proportions specific to each vintage, resulting in finesse and a delicate mouthfeel.
