Marvis has chosen to highlight young Loire Valley talents at the end of this year: Théo Blet in Saumur and Simon Rémy in Bourgueil. Their reds are distinguished by supple and intensely fruity Cabernet Francs, while the Saumur Blanc displays remarkable complexity and roundness.

Vintage after vintage, Luis Seabra is establishing himself as one of the rising stars of the Douro , reaching an absolutely remarkable level with both his whites and his reds.

Since 2005, Jérôme Mader has managed the family estate. Under his leadership, the estate has converted all of its vineyards to organic viticulture. Work in the vineyards is entirely manual, and Jérôme pays particular attention to quality, maintaining very low yields and carrying out rigorous grape selection.

Charbauterie is a blend of three grape varieties (Pinot meunier and noir, Chardonnay) sparkling on an aromatic register of white and exotic fruits and a perfect balance between the power of the pinot and the minerality of the chardonnay.
Pinailleuse is a saline, powerful Pinot Noir with creamy bubbles. An excellent Pinot Noir.

This is a remarkable estate located in the highly sought-after Pouilly-Fumé appellation, in the heart of the Loire Valley, known for its elegant, mineral, and highly complex Sauvignon Blancs. Despite the appellation's growing renown, which now places its wines among the most prestigious in the Loire, prices remain relatively reasonable, especially considering the wines' aging potential, which will improve over the next ten years or so.

Florian Buit took over some Syrah vineyards to create this promising estate. His Crozes-Hermitage wines are distinguished by their purity, depth, and precision.

We discovered this estate at the last Wine Paris fair and were impressed by the precision of the Pinot Noirs and the purity of the whites. The Kabinett, a German tradition, are veritable explosions of white fruit at 9% alcohol, perfect for warmer weather.

The red wines are among the best tasted from this appellation this year, and the whites are equally impressive. A special mention goes to Monts Damnés, which confirms its status as a unique cru within Sancerre. All wines are certified organic starting with the 2023 vintage.
