An adjacent plot in Pommard, possessing structure and already displaying great finesse. A small Corton. A sapid wine, broader than Cent Vignes. A wine offering purity and concentration. It is the most concentrated of the Beaune wines, along with Grèves. This wine is distinguished by its depth and aromatic intensity.
Located halfway up the hillside, the Domaine David Croix cultivates an area of 1/2 ha spread over two plots: Petite Pertuisots, planted in 1971, and Grande Pertuisots, established in 1987.
For the 2022 vintage, vinification was carried out with the incorporation of one-third whole clusters, and aging benefited from minimal use of new oak. The Pertuisots terroir, characterized by its freshness and moderate depth, gives this wine the most mineral character among the Premier Crus of Beaune.

David Croix vinifie sur 5ha différents climats en Beaune 1er crus, Savigny, Aloxe et Corton. Les vignes sont plantées sur une terre "rouge" gorgée en oxydes de fer, ce qui favorise la droiture et la profondeur du pinot. Tous les vins recherchent finesse et délicatesse avec toujours de la matière sans élevage de bois trop imposant. Les vignes sont plantés sur une terre "rouge" gorgée en oxydes de fer, ce qui favorise la droiture et profondeur du pinot. A l'arrivée, de grands Beaunes rouges, très confidentiels, avec le sérieux et l'austérité qui caractérisent ces appellations de grande garde.
David Croix élabore trois Cortons : La Vigne au Saint, un Corton Grèves et un Corton-Charlemagne ainsi que cinq Beaune 1er Cru : Les Cents Vignes, Les Tuvilains , Les Bressandes, Pertuisots et les Grèves.
La vinification partielle en vendange entière diffère selon les millésimes, les élevages sont longs en barriques et cuves pendant 24 mois. Les vins ne sont ni collés , ni filtrés.
