Features
- Grape variety: 100% Aligoté Doré old vines
- Soil and Terroir: This plot is located in the commune of Nuits-Saint-Georges, bordering the Village Appellation (Nuits-Saint-Georges "Les Argilats"). Planted in 1978 with golden Aligoté grapes, this vineyard grows in shallow (20-30 cm) limestone-rich soil, giving the terroir a remarkable freshness.
- Winemaking and Aging: Hand-harvested grapes followed by skin maceration and then a long pressing. Aged in oak barrels (no new barrels) for 15 months.
- Storage: 8-10 years
