Burgundy Les Grands Chaillots 2022

Thanks to its location in Chambolle and Nuits-Saint-Georges, Grands Chaillot did not suffer from the heat of the vintage. A Pinot Noir that is both fruity and intense, with notes of raspberry and an elegant concentration, of a quality equal to that of a fine village wine from the Côte de Nuits.

Les Grands Chaillots is aged with the same meticulous care as the estate's grand cru wines for nearly 15 months. The grapes come from vines around fifty years old located in Nuits-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny.

• Winemaking and Aging: a blend of grapes from Nuits-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny. The grapes fermented slowly for three weeks with 20% whole bunches before aging for 15 months in oak barrels (25% of which were new).
