Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017

A vintage that has reached maturity, marked by a supple and harmonious style. This Burgundy comes from vines located on the outskirts of Gevrey-Chambertin, benefiting from clay-limestone soils. The wine develops notes of ripe red fruit, sweet spices, and a well-integrated tannic structure. An approachable profile, while retaining the depth characteristic of Domaine Damoy.

• Winemaking & Winemaking : Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, indigenous yeasts. 12 to 15 months in oak barrels, with a small proportion of new oak.
