Soil and Terroir: Blend of five plots planted in the 1950s
Winemaking and Aging: Le Chambolle is a blend from five parcels, mostly planted in the 1950s. The grapes fermented slowly for three weeks with 40% whole bunches before aging for 15 months in barrel (50% of which were new barrels).
