Champagne 1er Cru Pinot Noir Les Pinailleuses

Pinailleuse is a saline, powerful Pinot Noir with a creamy mousse.

Made from old Pinot Noir vines planted in the Premier Cru villages of Bisseuil, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Avenay-Val-d'Or, Les Pinailleuses is a Blanc de Noirs vinified in barrels from a selection made by Hélène, who identifies the best Pinot Noir barrels during their aging process.
On the palate, there's a beautiful balance between the red fruit notes of Pinot Noir, delicate spicy notes, and a particularly silky mousse. A very limited-production cuvée.
