We tasted Myrtus 2022, one of the great red wines from the estate, and were won over by its precision, which surpasses previous vintages and reminds us of the wines from the Vaccelli estate.
Myrtus is the estate's flagship wine, a blend of the Sciaccarellu grape with rarer varieties such as Elegante and Minustellu. It is aged for an extended period: 12 months in large oak casks and 6 months in bottles. If you follow this vintage, you'll find it has become more refined than in previous years thanks to the increased proportion of Sciaccarellu, which contributes the delicate tannins so prized by lovers of Corsican and Burgundian wines. On the palate, the wine is supple and elegant, with notes of cherries and flowers, and a hint of delicate citrus. It's not heavy, expressing itself instead with a velvety texture. Depth, fruit, length, elegance: Irresistible.

Le domaine exploite environ 15 hectares de vignes sur des sols granitiques. Les cuvées sont labellisées AOP Figari et certifiées Agriculture Biologique depuis le millésime 2024.
Les plantations privilégient les cépages corses : Sciaccarellu, Vermentinu et Niellucciu, mais aussi Biancu Gentile, Genovese, Minustellu et Carcahjolu Neru
