Côte Roannaise Aves Rare Birds 2024

A limited-production cuvée sourced from a steep hillside with sandy-granitic soils. A structured wine with ambitious aging in Dussiaux barrels (the same as those used for Clos Rougeard). It boasts remarkable aromatic purity, with notes of fresh red fruit and wild herbs. A tasting experience reminiscent of a Côte-Rôtie . This wine will benefit from 2-3 years of aging to fully develop its potential, or can be decanted for an hour before serving.
