A small appellation, a link between Gevrey and Marsannay. This 1.7-hectare plot, planted on soils composed of limestone pebbles mixed with clay, boasts 55-year-old vines, allowing for full grape ripeness and the development of perfectly balanced tannins. One of the estate's iconic wines, it will impress you after a few years of aging. The aging process lasts approximately 12 months in barrels (20% new barrels) followed by 6 months in vats.
