• Grape varieties : Grenache 50%, Mourvèdre 50%
• Soil and terroir : Red clayey sands rich in limestone pebbles from the Font des Papes aquifer. Vine age: ~75 years
• Winemaking and aging : Hand-harvested, partially destemmed, fermented in stainless steel for 20–30 days, aged for approximately 18 months in Stockinger casks and amphorae, bottled without fining or filtration
• Guard : 15–20 years
