The Aligoté Doré Vieilles Vignes is simply masterful, undoubtedly the finest Aligoté tasted since 2024. A must-try! Its delicate aromatic finesse blends fresh citrus with subtle floral notes. Its elegant minerality and lively palate offer perfect balance.

Its complexity stems from a great diversity of soils, marly and clayey over a limestone bedrock. The grapes come from an old massal selection of the Aligoté grape variety, known as "Doré." Low-yielding but producing excellent ripeness, these old vines consistently impart fruity notes to this wine, perfectly complementing its natural vibrancy.

• Soil and Terroir: Originating from different small plots in the heights of the Hautes-Côtes at 400m altitude.
• Winemaking and Aging: Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness. Vinification in tanks and 228L barrels. Extended aging on lees: 12 months without new oak, then a few months in tanks before bottling. Unfiltered, unfined, and un-cold-stabilized.
