The Ophrys cuvée is truly exceptional, first and foremost for its pale, almost rosé color. The nose offers aromas of stone cherry and is very floral. The initial concept was to create a wine with red fruit notes but a light palate. To achieve this, Pinot Noir juice is blended with Pinot Gris, then infused with Pinot Noir pomace. On the palate, one is captivated by the cherry notes and a creamy, slightly spicy mouthfeel: an ideal wine to end the summer. This cuvée is best enjoyed slightly chilled and can be cellared for up to 5 years.
