Rozas Primer 2021

A magnificent mouthfeel , fluid, with no tannins, and aromatic notes of cherry, blood orange, and vegetal aromas. Decant an hour before serving.

Rozas Primer 2021 is a Grenache made from old vines. The plots, located at around 900m altitude on sandy granite soils, promote slow ripening.

• Winemaking and aging : hand-harvested, plot-by-plot fermentation with indigenous yeasts, extended maceration, aging for approximately 12 months in large oak casks
• Shelf life : 10 years
