The estate's signature red wine, Segna, is a testament to the high expectations surrounding this vintage, as Marjorie and Stéphane Gallet know they can't fail to produce a luscious and fruity wine. It offers superb value for money in the region. Segna is a blend of young Grenache grapes from the estate, combined with Syrah and Carignan. It is aged for nearly 10 months in vats, resulting in explosive fruit and a smooth texture.
Features
- Grape varieties: Grenache Noir (40%), Carignan (30%), Syrah (30%)
- Soil and Terroir : Blend of approximately 20 small plots on schist soils. Vines aged 30 to 40 years on average.
- Winemaking and Aging : Grapes are predominantly destemmed. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts and starter cultures in closed concrete tanks, without temperature control, pump-overs, or punch-downs. The wine is aged in tanks for approximately 10 months. No fining is performed, and filtration is minimal. Moderate total sulfites are added at bottling (30–50 ppm), followed by bottle rest before release.

Le Roc des Anges
Domaine familial, certifié en bio et biodynamie, est développé depuis 2008 par Marjorie et Stéphane Gallet. Leurs vignes sont situées à Montner, en territoire catalan, sur des schistes qui permettent à la vigne de puiser en profondeur l’eau indispensable pour surmonter les chaleurs inhérentes à cette région. Si vous appréciez les cépages méditerranéens, vous trouverez votre bonheur au Roc de Anges : Grenaches noirs, gris et blancs, Carignan, Syrah, Mourvèdre… Les vignes ont pour point commun leur âge avancé (plus de 65 ans) et de très faibles rendements : avantages significatifs dans la région pour élaborer des jus fins et digestes.
