Collection: Jacquesson Champagnes
Founded in 1798 in Dizy, the Jacquesson house, under the direction of Jean-Hervé and Laurent Chiquet since 1978, has revolutionized its approach. Abandoning the "non-vintage brut", it prioritizes the authentic expression of each harvest through its "Cuvée 700" series and its single-vineyard wines, positioning itself as a bridge between the major houses and artisanal viticulture focused on the terroir.
The estate's 33 hectares are divided into Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards (Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize, Oiry). Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention, primarily in large, old oak casks to preserve the wines' character, without filtration or fining, and with minimal or no dosage. This results in powerful, pure Champagnes with brilliant brilliance, characterized by their minerality, freshness, and vinosity. Since 2010, 80% of the vineyards have been certified organic.
