White wines with a pronounced mineral profile that defy time. This is the spirit of the Chardonnays vinified by Olivier Lamy, whose estate has become highly regarded in just a few years for its Saint-Aubin wines, and in particular the cuvées: Princée, Frionnes, Rémilly…
The estate also produces Pinot Noirs with a floral style: Chassagne-Montrachet La Goujonne, Santenay Clos des Hâtes, and the Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Derrière Chez Edouard.

Here are the 2022 vintage and a few 2021s. For those familiar with the estate, 2022 should resemble 2019 in its richness and density. The white wines will need a few years of aging before being enjoyed, like all great white wines from Chassagne or Puligny. They are made for very long cellaring.
The estate has chosen to minimize the influence of its white wines during aging: extended aging of 12 months in large 300L to 600L containers, followed by 6 to 12 months in tanks. The red wines, on the other hand, are fully destemmed and then aged for 12 to 18 months in barrels.
