Collection: Weingut Thörle

We discovered this estate at the last Wine Paris fair and were impressed by the precision of the Pinot Noirs and the purity of the whites. The Kabinett, a German tradition, are veritable explosions of white fruit at 9% alcohol, perfect for warmer weather.

We are pleased to offer you this rapidly growing area in Germany and exclusively in France.

Weingut Thörle - Marvis Wine Club

Located in Saulheim, in the heart of Rhenish Hesse, the Weingut Thörle estate encompasses 25 hectares of organically farmed vineyards. Since 2006, brothers Johannes and Christoph Thörle have managed the family estate, showcasing classic grape varieties such as Riesling, Silvaner, and Pinot Noir. The terroir is characterized by limestone soils, particularly in the renowned Probstey, Hölle, and Schlossberg parcels, yielding wines that are both powerful and elegant. Winemaking prioritizes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, skin maceration for certain cuvées, and aging in oak barrels or stainless steel tanks, depending on the specific requirements of each wine.

"The Thorle brothers know how to magnify the great potential of their vineyards in Schlossberg, Hölle and Probstey" Falstaff
